Hatchville Baking Company was launched in November 2019 by Sarah Corner, mother of four and a self-taught baker who is famous among her kids’ friends for her from-scratch after-school cookies. After all the encouragement from her guests who enjoyed her cookies at home, she decided to share her talents with the public. Since March 2023 the delicious cookies have been made from scratch and baked fresh Thursday through Sunday at her brick-and-mortar bakery in Mashpee Commons.
The “made from scratch” cookie company has done terrific since its opening and has certainly satisfied all who are craving a cookie like their grandma used to make. Aside from the staple flavors, like chocolate chip, their cookie flavors change monthly so customers always have something new to try, from salted chocolate chip walnut to gorgeous pink strawberries and cream. Maintaining a whopping 5 stars on Yelp, cookie connoisseurs have been raving about them, saying, “Probably the best cookies you’ll find in the Cape. Go early because they sell out quickly!” and “You will immediately sense the love and care they took in making your cookie from the first bite to the last! So go enjoy a cookie of your choice and have a cup of coffee while you’re at it.”
